Math Learning Goals:
3.3 C – (S)- explain that the unit fraction 1/b represents the quantity formed by one part of a whole that has been partitioned into b equal parts where b is a non-zero number.
3.3D – (S)- compose and decompose a fraction a/b with a numerator greater than zero and less than or equal to b as a sum of parts 1/b
3.3 E- (S)- solve problems involving partitioning an object or set of objects among two or more recipients using pictorial representations of fractions with denominators 2, 3, 4, 6, and 8
Math Homework
Math homework will be sent home Friday, the 3rd and due on Thursday, Feb. 9th.
Mad Minute
We will be starting our Mad Minute Incentives. It will cover all multiplication facts (0-10). Please continue to study those facts with your student.

3.8C – Construct models that demonstrate the Sun, Earth and moon including orbits and positions.
