Math Learning Goals:

3.2A(R)- compose and decompose numbers to the hundred thousands using objects, pictorial, and numbers. Expanded notation.

3.2B(S)- Relationships in Base 10 Place Value System

3.2D (R)-compare and order whole numbers up to 100,000 and represent comparisons using the symbols >, <, or =

3.4A(R)-solve with fluency one-step and two-step problems involving addition and subtraction within 1,000 using strategies based on place value, properties of operations, and the relationship between addition and subtraction

Math Homework:

  • Math Homework will be passed out on Friday, September 2nd. It will be due the following Thursday, September 8th.

Science Learning Goals:

TEKS: SCIENCE

3.5A – measure, test, and record physical properties of matter, including temperature, mass, magnetism, and the ability to sink or float;

3.5B – describe and classify samples of matter as solids, liquids, and gases and demonstrate that solids have a definite shape and that liquids and gases take the shape of their container;
